Topic | Golf - putting on a stepped green |
![]() |
|
When putting a golf ball on a stepped
green, location-dependent green angles come into play and make a
golfer's life difficult. Building on the exact solution of the slanted green, narrow strips of greens with different angles of attack are placed next to each other in order to recreate the reality. A complex but very instructive analysis. |

Be sure to read the case "Golf putting on the slanted
green" in addition. This is also a very demanding mathematical representation. Nevertheless, don't despair - trust the meaningfulness of these graphics April 2016 |
